Statutory right to complain
All goods carry the 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. It covers manufacturing and material defects — not crash damage, incorrect fitting or normal wear.
Frame and wheel warranty
Winspace provide a manufacturer warranty on framesets and wheelsets in addition to the statutory right above. Scope and duration follow Winspace's own warranty terms and require the frame number to be registered.
How to make a claim
- Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
- Attach photographs of the damage and of the frame or article number.
- If a partner assembled the bike, you can take it straight to them.
